Now that I'm taking Prednisone and Methotrexate I decided to document the return of the range of motion in my arms. This first video was taken on Sunday, January 3, 2010 before I started on the medications.
This second video was taken today, Sunday, January 10, 2010. I'm able to move my arms up my back further after one week thanks to the Prednisone, it will be a few weeks until the Methotrexate kicks in.

Thank goodness there is progress...finally!! Hopefully things continue to heal and no more surgeries are necessary.
